Questions
Where does your data come from?
We license it from established data marketplaces, including AWS Data Exchange, Datarade, and Snowflake Marketplace, and directly from data providers. Each dataset's source, license, and consent basis is recorded before we offer it.
Are you a consumer reporting agency?
No. Our data may not be used to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing, and we decline requests for those uses.
Who can buy from you?
Businesses with a lawful use, such as marketing, analytics, research, or fraud prevention. Every request is reviewed by a person, and we do not provide data for use in countries restricted under U.S. bulk data rules.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on the dataset, the volume, and the license term. We send a quote after reviewing your request.
How do I get my information removed?
Use our privacy request form. Opt-outs take effect immediately, and we answer deletion and access requests within 45 days.
Is your information in our data?
You can see what we hold about you, have it deleted, or stop us from selling or sharing it. Opt-outs take effect immediately.
